NORTH BRUNSWICK TOD Associates, LLC, will hold a community workshop today from 6:30 to 9 p.m. to present the traffic study for the proposed transit village, which will discuss traffic improvements and traffic calming measures for roadways surrounding the proposed redevelopment project, specifically on routes 1 and 130.

The workshop will be at the Yellowbird Reception Center on 2300 Route 1, off Aaron Road, in North Brunswick.

The study was prepared by Daniel Disario, professional engineer from Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, who will be the featured speaker for the workshop.

Disario's primary areas of expertise include transportation operations, state and local permitting procurement, preparation of traffic impact studies, and traffic signal design.
He has prepared well over 500 traffic studies for various developments throughout the Northeast.

This community workshop will provide the public with the opportunity to learn of the potential traffic conditions associated with a North Brunswick transit village. The public can ask questions about the study with its author and members of the project resource team.
